How do I turn my Buddy lamp on and off?

Press the center of the winding key for 3 seconds to turn it on or off.

How do I adjust the brightness and change light colors?

Short press the key to switch between three brightness levels. Rotate the key to cycle through eight soothing light colors.

Does Buddy need an app, WiFi, or Bluetooth connection?

No, Buddy is designed for a fully offline experience—no apps, WiFi, or Bluetooth required. Just turn it on and enjoy mindful, distraction-free mood lighting.

How long does the battery last on a full charge?

A full charge provides up to 10 hours of continuous use depending on your light settings. You can also use Buddy while it's plugged in.

Can I leave my Buddy lamp plugged in while using it?

Yes! Buddy works both wirelessly and while charging.

Can I use Buddy outdoors?

Buddy is portable but not waterproof, so it’s best used indoors or in dry conditions.

Does the lamp have any certifications?

Yes! Buddy lamps are FCC certified, which means they meet the required standards for electronic safety and electromagnetic compatibility in the United States.

What’s included?

Each order includes 1 Buddy lamp, 1 USB-C charging cable and power adapter, and a user manual.

How do I clean my Buddy?

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water and harsh chemicals.

Are the lamps durable?

Yes, our lamps are designed with a weighted base and silicone footing for stability, but it’s best to handle with care and avoid drops.

Troubleshooting

My Buddy lamp won’t turn on—what should I do?

Make sure the lamp has sufficient battery or is fully charged. When plugged in, the red indicator light turns on while charging and turns off when fully charged. If there’s no indicator light, try a different USB-C cable or power adapter. If the lamp is charged but unresponsive, press and hold the winding key for 10 seconds to attempt a reset. The brightness or colors aren’t working properly—how do I reset it?

First, ensure Buddy is fully charged (the red indicator light turns off when charging is complete). If unresponsive, turn it off, unplug it for 5-10 minutes, then try again. Rotate the winding key fully in both directions to ensure smooth movement. Short press the key to adjust brightness, and rotate it slowly to change colors. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to North America and Thailand and are working to expand to more locations soon!

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days for products with manufacturing defects. The product must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging. Visit our Returns Policy page for more details.
