One-Year Limited Warranty
At Buddy Design Inc., we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This One-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of receipt of the product.
Warranty Coverage:
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for warranty service, the customer must provide proof of purchase, including a copy of the receipt and the order number.
- This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty does not apply to products that were gifted or resold.
- Products must have been purchased directly from Buddy Design Inc. or an authorized retailer. Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or second-hand are not eligible for warranty coverage.
What is Covered:
- This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
- During the warranty period, Buddy Design Inc. will, at its sole discretion, either:
- Repair the defective product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of the same model, or an equivalent if the original model is no longer available.
What is Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, dents, and color fading.

Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or failure to follow product instructions.

Environmental factors, such as water, heat, excessive humidity, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

Unauthorized modifications and repairs, including third-party repairs.

Commercial use of products in business settings.

Cosmetic damage not affecting product functionality.

Consumables, such as batteries, are covered for a limited warranty period of six (6) months.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
- Contact us at hello@buddydesign.co with your order number, receipt, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue. Photos or videos of the defect may be required.
- If the claim is approved, Buddy Design Inc. will provide return instructions. The company will cover return shipping for approved warranty claims.
- If the product is determined not to have a defect covered by the warranty, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Limitations on Liability:
- Exclusive Remedy: The remedies described above (repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion) are your sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of this limited warranty. Buddy Design Inc.'s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
- Exclusion of Incidental and Consequential Damages: Buddy Design Inc. is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of use, or damage to other property.
- No Other Warranties: This limited warranty is the only warranty provided. No other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are granted unless required by law.
Force Majeure:
Buddy Design Inc. is not responsible for delays in warranty services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this warranty will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to bring claims in court or participate in a class action lawsuit.
Legal Rights:
This warranty does not affect any legal rights under applicable laws. For details, contact local consumer protection organizations.
